			Lenny Eiger, Owner Experienced Business Leader, Business Management Consultant. Web Strategist, Database Designer, Technologist, Fine Artist. Delivered innovative database solutions to companies large and small, across virtually every industry, since 1986. Lenny Eiger is also an accomplished photographer, with a Masters Degree, from Pratt Institute in NY. He has ten years college teaching experience at Parsons School of Design, The Cooper Union and the New School, in New York City and in San Francisco at the Academy of Art. His artwork is available at www.eigerstudios.com. A background in Fine Arts provides an important discipline. A project is either right or it isn't. There isn't a point for us when a project is "good enough" for "government work", or other cliches. Everyone at DataBright will go the extra mile to make it right - whenever it's necessary. DataBright runs on our "human" management model. Everyone is treated with respect. Employees and contractors work "with us", rather than "for us". No one is ever told what to do. The problem is laid out, discussed and a solution becomes clear. With respectful management, it's all you need, you can consider it done. 			Terry Lee Slater We are thrilled that Terry Slater joined us in 2011. He has a Computer Science degree from UC Berkeley and 25 years of programming experience. Languages include C, C++, PHP, .NET, ASP, Python, etc, etc., etc. Main response to "can we do this" queries is, "Sure, no problem." When you want the software to work perfectly the first time you review it, Terry is your man.
			TQ White TQ joined our staff last year. He is the master of PHP, mySQL javascript and MVC. He builds excellent web applications. Organized, thoughtful and professional, he is a great addition to our staff.
			Lee Rydstrand I've known Lee for 25 years. We've worked on many projects together. He has expertise in Helix , Servoy and system design structures. Lee lives in Australia. In the latest Helix project, I would work until 5PM and then Lee would take over. His day was just starting. It's terrific when a lot has to be accomplished in a short period.
		The Eiger Family
			Vairagya Eiger Vairagya studied Graphic Design at San Francisco's Academy of Art College. She is also a Certified Hatha Yoga(Iyengar Inspired), Pilates and Gyrotonic Instructor, and is a personal trainer. A dynamic and inspired teacher, she teaches at Bodyworks Yogastudio in Petaluma, CA. We have all sorts of equipment at home, where she gives one-on-one instruction. She also takes care of our daughter, Lena, the books, filing and the damn taxes.
			Lena Sofia Eiger Lena is the most important member of the staff, and clearly the boss. Here's Captain Lena at the helm, in 2008. We might be lucky enough to get her to program for us one day. She's in tenth grade, taking college-level Calculus. Wants to be a quantum physicist. Too impressive for words....
