			Lenny Eiger, Owner Experienced Business Leader, Business Management Consultant. Web Strategist, Database Designer, Technologist. Delivered innovative database solutions to companies large and small, across virtually every industry, since 1986. Current passion: Interactive Web Database implementations that increase Website traffic and Website profit. Lenny Eiger is also an accomplished photographer, with a Masters Degree, from Pratt Institute in NY. He has ten years college teaching experience at Parsons School of Design, The Cooper Union and the New School, in New York City and in San Francisco at the Academy of Art. His artwork is available at www.eigerphoto.com. Kidding aside, a background in Fine Arts provides an important discipline. A project is either right or it isn't. There isn't a point for us when a project is "good enough" for "government work", or other cliches. It is either right or it isn't. Everyone at DataBright will go the extra mile to make it right - whenever it's necessary. DataBright runs on our "human" management model. Everyone is treated with respect. Employees and contractors work "with us", rather than "for us". No one is ever told what to do. The problem is laid out, discussed and a solution becomes clear. 			Dale Schell, Chief Programmer Dale is from Tulsa, Oklahoma. He has worked at FrontBase, Inc., where he worked closely with Frank Kromann (a member of the development team for PHP). He is experienced in PHP, HTML, Javascript, and SQL web database interaction. He also keeps our OS X and Linux servers running smooth.
			Vairagya Eiger Vairagya studied Graphic Design at San Francisco's Academy of Art College. She is also a Certified Hatha Yoga(Iyengar Inspired), Pilates and Gyrotonic Instructor, and is a personal trainer. A dynamic and inspired teacher, she teaches at Bodyworks Yogastudio in Petaluma, CA. We have all sorts of equipment at home, where she gives one-on-one insturction. She also takes care of our daughter, Lena, the books, filing and the damn taxes.
			Lena Sofia Eiger Lena is the most important member of the staff, and clearly the boss. Here, at a recent trip to Yosemite with Dad, she shows us about sandwiches, a key food item.
